Introduction |
 ¡¡¡¡Qingdao Tonghe Industrial Park, approved by people¡¯s government of Qingdao in 1993, is an export-oriented industrial processing area, and one of the important industrial parks.
¡¡¡¡Qingdao Tonghe Industrial Park is situated in Tonghe Town that is one of the 17 national model small towns and covers 66 sq. km, the first phase of which covers 9 sq. km and plans to attract various capitals of investment for 5 billion USD.
¡¡¡¡Development objective of the park: to establish the export-oriented industrial area integrated modernization, internationalization and ecotype.
¡¡¡¡With the first class design system and city planning which features on the idea of high standard, humanization and ecotype, Tonghe Park is based on the principle of ¡°planning first, and then constructing, rolling development¡± and establishes the planning management system of ¡°performing strictly¡±.
¡¡¡¡The park develops quickly: since1993, with the reference of advanced experiences, abroad and home, the park has completed basic facilities engineering for 9sq. Km at ¡°seven supplies and one leveling¡±, together with high class hotel in landscape style, hospital, school, apartment, band, industrial and commercial bureau, tax, court, and other service facilities.
¡¡¡¡There are specialized parks like ¡°Qingdao Automotive Components Industrial Park¡±, ¡°Qingdao Tonghe Electronics Industrial Park¡±, ¡°Qingdao Water Supply and Heating Equipment industrial Park¡± in the park, including 50 foreign enterprises like famous LG, TDK AND TOKO and so on, and more than 100 home enterprises. |
